Nicole and Patrick was very helpful, responsive, and honest helping us find our condo. We were looking for a second home and we do not live in Rhode Island. Therefore, we were doing most of the business on the phone or virtually "seeing" a property. We decided at the last minute to go up and see properties in person, and Nicole made time for us. We were buying in a crazy market, and her advice was spot on and timely in a fast market. Nicole helped us through the process without putting additional pressure on us to make a decision we weren't comfortable making. We are very happy with our new home away from home and are grateful to Nicole and Patrick for their support, advice, and expertise through this buying experience.
